Getting started

Upload

  • Click ‘Upload new documents’ and you will be taken to the uploads page.
  • Select which document type you are uploading (Extract currently supports Article 4 directions, Conservation Areas and Tree Preservation Orders)
  • You can upload individual or multiple files. Accepted file types are PDFs or image files (JPGs, PNGs or TIFFs). Multiple image files will automatically be combined into a single document. Multiple PDF files will be treated as separate documents. You should upload the highest quality scans you can for best results.
  • You can also enter a URL to a PDF
  • Once uploads are complete, you will be taken to your documents list where you will see the the documents will be added to your list
