Edit map overlays

If the initial overly map extraction needs refinement, you can easily make adjustments. Click the overlay map you want to adjust (either the map itself or on the left hand side) and a set of edit tools will appear - Change, Move, Rotate, Scale, Undo, Redo).

• To edit the shape of the overlay map, click to select the ‘Change’ tool. Then click and hold a point on the edge of the map, drag to adjust the shape.
• To edit the position of the map, click to select the ‘Move’ tool. Then click and hold anywhere on the overlay and drag to move.
• To edit the rotation of the map, click to select the ‘Rotate’ tool. Then click and hold a point on the edge of the map, drag to adjust the rotation.
• To edit the scale of the map, click to select the ‘Scale’ tool. Then click and hold a point on the edge of the map, drag to adjust the scale.
• Any actions can be undone or redone by clicking the ‘undo’ and ‘redo’ buttons that will appear once actions have taken place.
